Weekly date night with Ben
On Thursday we had yet another date-night. After having dinner with Ben's dad, we put the kiddos down at the gparent's and headed out for a movie. 1st stop was the 'bucks for some coffee and the quickie mart for those much-needed movie snacks (gotta love HUGE purses!). We decided to go see "Tropic Thunder" which was sooo weird. I am not really sure how to describe it... it was almost like one of those Christopher Guest movies.. you know, it took it self seriously, but was a spoof... but in other ways it was totally outrageous and big budget and the action was pretty awesome. We definitely enjoyed it and it was refreshing to see something that was not predictable and did not fit a "mold." 2 thumbs up from the Bairds.
